hello, does anyone know how the naming of these files works? e.g. where it says Q2 2022/2023 does that mean its a snapshot of opening times from 1st July 2022? thanks

thanks for reaching out Q2 2022/23 data is built up across the July - September 2022 and is accurate as of the end of September (the end of quarter). Any changes are then logged over the next quarter ready to be published at the end Q3.
