Column	Title	Type	Description
LOG_DATE	Date the Open Data Portal access interaction occurred in yyyymmdd format e.g.20230201	integer	The date of the interaction on the Open Data Portal in yyyymmdd format e.g. 20230201. Each time a user interacts with an open data resource a record is logged and the date of that interaction is
THEME	Theme name for the theme that the dataset and resource sit under e.g. Community Prescribing & Dispensing	string	Themes group datasets we release in to collections by a common subject. Each theme has name e.g. Community Prescribing & Dispensing. Every theme is comprised of datasets and resources
DATASET	Dataset name for the dataset that the resource sits under e.g. Hosptial Prescirbing Dispensed in the Community	string	Data is published in units called âdatasetsâ. Datasets are parcels of data and when users search for data, the search results they see will be individual datasets. A dataset contains two things: Information or âmetadataâ about the data. For example, the title and publisher, date, what formats it is available in, what license it is released under, etc. Secondly they will contain a number of âresourcesâ, which hold the data itself.
RESOURCE_NAME	Resource name that has been accessed e.g. HOSPITAL_DISP_COMMUNITY_201612	string	Resources are the individual data files that make up a dataset.
ACCESS_TYPE	The type of access that the user has used to interact with the data	string	The type of access that the user has used to interact with the data on the Open Data Portal. There are 6 access types: dataexplorer-filtered-download - this type will be logged if the filtered data from a Data Explorer view is downloaded. dataexplorer-bulk-download - this type will be logged if the bulk export download is used. browser-data-explorer - this type will be logged if viewing the Data Explorer when loading the data resource. browser-data-explorer-filter - this type will be logged if viewing filtered data from the Data Explorer file_download - this type will be logged if a user select the download option to directly download the whole resource direct-api - this type will be logged if an API is used directly to pull the data.
